Plaint aims to improve the experience of users who suffer from dysmenorrhea and premenstrual syndrome
By turning the pain into the process of germination of a plant, users can distract themselves, regulate breathing, and relieve pain. It is also a good way to take self-tracking and help users pay more attention to their health.
Main Problems

Solutions
1. By diverting attention, it can help users relieve pain, thereby making up for the
shortcomings of existing methods.
2. I turn dysmenorrhea into a process of plant growing, hoping that women will not only
focus on pain itself, but also remind themselves of their enormous fertility and gender
identity.
3. The results help users alleviate the anxiety and the contradiction of women's identity
cognition.
